Good news! We have yet another center that offers the same opportunity to the workforce in the Philippines. Callworkz, based in Makati City has plans of expanding its operations in the next few years and their strategy is to tap the “work-at-home” crowd.
With the continuous attrition and tough competition to hire competent agents, Callworkz realized that tapping this market is the best way to go. I would like to commend them for this effort.
Another thing to note is that they have a loan program to provide agents the equipment they need to start their career. They also donate to the Knowledge Channel and have their agents get engaged in the cause.
