Devoted to the call center industry, the agents on the phones, and their managers

You know how popular the industry is?  It is popular enough for it to have its own Wordpress Blog Theme.

Theme Studio just released their design and it is available free for download so you can have a more professional feel for your personal blog or even your company’s website.  One thing to notice is the headset icon graphic that is incorporated in the date on every post you publish.

Yet another design company has come up with several Call Center website templates (this isn’t free by the way).  The latest is one of my favorites.

Released last January, I like the animation on the header where it focuses on the ear piece (which I think is brilliant because it depicts what an agent should be doing), along with the tag line or slogan --- Making Communication Perfect.  Lastly, the logo showing Smilies gives it a friendly and nice touch.  Maybe if I put up a center some day, I’ll buy this design.
