
Introducing a new segment in Call Center Script! The Reader’s Corner!
I’ve been sharing my perspective on several topics in the industry for quite some time now. It’s about time that YOU, our beloved readers get a chance to speak. I will be posting several posts every month from different readers and share what they have to say about a certain topic.
It could have been a comment that was posted about an article within Call Center Script. We all know that not everyone reads the comments unless they access the article and scroll down to find out.
It could also be an article that you wrote in your own personal blog or website. It can also come from the emails I receive in response to some questions being posted by other readers in the site.
So, if you have something to say and the comment box is just not enough to say what you want to say, then email me (callcenterscript at gmail dot com) directly. Share your experience, ask a question and give me your thoughts on it, share a best practice within your center or even share your personal stash of jokes. You can also opt to provide a bio and I will include it in the post.
