Call Work: Filipino Style Comics

I found a comic strip website that pays tribute to the BPO workforce in the Philippines. Call Work, I would say is the Filipino version of Call Center Comics.

Call Center Work

Though it is expected that only those who can understand Tagalog will appreciate the comics, this is not true.  I commend her for including an English translation in her posts.  This will capture a wider audience.

Most of her comics are centered on the agent’s perspective.   It is a good resource because it shows what the bigger population is thinking.  All are true and though it is presented as being humorous, it is being used by management as basis to improve processes and employee satisfaction in the centers.

This is so funny. if only CEOs from the Philippines would read this, they will come to an understanding about their workers and how they think or better yet their workaround antics

Hi Bob - agree with you 100%. This is something that our management are looking into since employee satisfaction is something we value. Yes, I am hoping that more CEOs would see this, or at least their managers. Thanks for dropping by!

I think it requires a great deal of effort to publish something like that... 100% pure amazing stuff... I like all the strips that revolves around the daily life of people like us... very thoughtful and interesting... Keep publishing more :)

Funny and to the point. Good work.
