I found a great resource for all NICE users out there. Our administrator led me to check this out when I needed to find more educational sites to learn more about the new additions to the NICE recording platform on site.
The NUG (NICE User Group) is an independent group of technical and business users of NICE. What’s good about this site is that, it is not connected to the company who developed the software. The discussion forums are there to provide reviews about their products and solutions, whether good or bad, you are sure to get unbiased opinions. They have different special groups that cover quality and training, product enhancement, technical services and more. What I like about the site is that you get the chance to connect to other users and learn tips and techniques that may not be available in the forums.
The only downside is that since it is exclusive for NICE users only, the registration process is moderated and you need to validate you are an existing user by providing several details such as a contact name from NICE. It will take a couple of days before the account is activated.
If you want to learn more about the group, they have a scheduled session to explain the benefits on August 31, 2006, 12pm EST. To register, email info@niceusergroup.com with your contact information.
