Quality Assurance Evaluators
You are also expected to take in calls but only a small percentage of your time. You are expected to be subject matter experts as well but now you need to monitor calls of different agents. You are expected to evaluate for agent performance and sometimes some need to coach them as well.
Trainers
Conducting a class or sometimes you start off being an assistant to the senior trainer as you learn the ropes. You spend most of the time in the classrooms and accountable to ensure that the trainees pass the course. Learning how to create modules and design a curriculum for needs based training is included in the list.
These are usual but some of you may even be promoted to being a supervisor or a team leader. Expecting to handle a group of agents, trainers or quality specialists can be part of it.
