
Our industry is not just about business processes. There is a human side and people drive them. The development and motivation of call center personnel is a critical component to make it easier to keep up with the daily stress.
I am opening a venue to give our readers and fellow colleagues a voice. Do you have stories to tell just to get it off your chest? Perhaps you have a question but afraid to ask or maybe someone just can't answer it. You could also be researching a topic that only an expert can answer.
This is a collaborative effort from both the readers and my co-authors.

My goal is not to give all the answers because I know there are other experts out there who would like to give their opinion. It is best if you have several options. What we will do is to post your question or situation. Anybody can then post their two cents as well.
