I have gotten several emails asking about JetBlue's at-home reservation center, so I thought I would provide the link to where to apply and provide some information about JetBlue's work-at-home reservation agent jobs.

| I. Position Summary: CANDIDATES INTERESTED IN THIS POSITION MUST BE ABLE TO FLUENTLY SPEAK, READ AND WRITE IN BOTH SPANISH AND ENGLISH AND TRANSLATE ACCORDINGLY. The Bilingual Reservations Crew is charged with providing exceptional customer service through one-on-one Customer telephone contact to schedule air travel on JetBlue Airways flights. The Bilingual Reservations Team must meet Customer needs through prompt response times to inquiries, registrations, and other general Customer requests. The Bilingual Reservations Crew must be flexible and able to work at any time, must possess effective problem solving skills, must consistently provide exceptional customer service, and must be willing and able to contribute to the development of a growing team environment. After initial training has been successfully completed, Crewmembers will take reservations from home. II. Essential Functions: • Handles calls regarding general information about airline travel on JetBlue Airways in Spanish and English • Responds to emails and other correspondence regarding Company products • Resolves general customer service concerns through effective customer service techniques • Ad hoc projects as assigned III. Minimum Qualifications: • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma • Fluently speak, read, write, and translate accordingly in Spanish and English • Previous reservation and/or call center experience preferred but not required • Two (2) years of customer service experience • Type at least 30 words per minute • Strong JetBlue knowledge and the ability to navigate www.jetblue.com • Flexible and able to work at any time, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Provide two telephone lines • Provide a safe and professional office-work environment, free from background noise and distraction • Live within the local calling area • Regular attendance and punctuality • Organizational fit for the JetBlue culture, that is, exhibit the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Fun and Passion • Well groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance • Pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test • Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located • When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable Crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft IV. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook, and Explorer • Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communication skills • Strong customer service skills to provide the JetBlue experience to every Customer, every time • Excellent organizational skills • Effective research skills including the ability to analyze information and make determinations in accordance with Company guidelines • Ability to send and receive email correspondence • Ability to initiate searches for miscellaneous travel-related information on the Internet • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task V. Thank you for the helpful website information that you've thoughtfully provided! I am enthusiatic about applying for a position with JetBlue Airways as a work-at-home reservation agent. Unfortunately I've been unable to locate the "Reservation Crew" listing that you directed to be under the "Title" drop down menu, after I clicked on "here" as directed. It doesn't appear that they are currently hiring for Reservations Crew. I would check back from time to time to see if there is an opening. Good luck and thanks for the kind words.

All of the reservations crew positions are limited to the Salt Lake City calling area. You must live in SLC (within about 45 minutes of it) to qualify for this position so the openings are only listed there.
But they do have English only positions, they're just harder to come by.
