Whoo-Hoo!
We finally have a new masthead up on CallCenterScript by our talented Graphic Designer, Nicole Hansen.
This masthead actually has some history to it. The agent pictured was an actual agent that worked in my call center. When we first set up our call center website, we wanted to show the caliber of agents that worked for us and portray a clean cut, friendly and professional image. So we brought in a photographer, set up a studio in the corner of the call center and took a bunch of shots. This agent wound up on the front page of our website.
When we were coming up with design ideas, I thought of my call center's old website and wondered where the old pictures were. I then remembered the waybackmachine and found my old website cached there and was able to pull the images off!
I have fond memories of all the great people I worked with there and now, everytime I come to CallCenterScript, I am reminded of the good old days.
By the way, my marketing director that helped renovate the website and got these great shots of agents was none other than Dan Smith, Know More Media's VP of Publishing! Dan, do you remember?
