We would like to announce the winner of our "Worst Customer Service Call" contest.

The winner is:

 Nicole's entry was about a 45 minute call to order a video about Jesus.  The irony about the situation is that the caller was abusive, angry, and mean ordering a video - not necessarily a very Christian approach!

Anonymous Cog, one of the judges had this to say about Nicole's experience:

A 45 minute call just to complete a single transaction is hands down the worst of the calls, because angry and racist and stupid you can deal with, but that sort of customer is "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" crazy! Customers like hers are impossible to figure out.

So in the spirit of the season (to balance out the non-christian attitude of this caller), Nicole wins an iPod Shuffle, which will be whisked out to her as soon as possible.
