AC writes a blog called Call Center Purgatory. He has been a call center worker for a little more than five years. He has been blogging for about two years. At present he works in an unknown call center where he tries to keep his customers happy, stay out of trouble and make sense of life, the universe, and everything.

I like AC's honest voice (which can be sometimes deservedly biting and scathing of the idiocy of some call center managers). AC has the best blog roll of any I have seen connecting to others within the call center world (and some he just likes outside of it as well).
If you are in call center management, spend some time at Call Center Purgatory and try to really understand why agents feel frustrated, abused, and powerless. AC give some great insights at things that call center managers do that are unjust, inconsistent, self-serving, or just inconsiderate.
I am glad AC is here in the blogosphere. It makes it a more interesting place.
