
This is another in my reviews of existing call center blogs out there.

Call Center CRM News says that it:
...covers Call Center news and Call Center/CRM analysis, and other customer- facing technologies.
I found that this was a pretty accurate description. Most of the posts are by Tracey Schelmetic., who is:

(By the way, TMC was founded by Nadji Tehrani. I will write good things about him in a later post.)
So, back to the blog review.
Content - a mixture of timely news about the industy, original articles, and comments, and observations.
Links - Technorati shows 234 sites linking to the site
Revenue Source - Run by TMC, with several in-house cross-promotion ads for TMC conferences, publications, etc. Also has Adsense running on the site.

Frequency - 12 posts in October 2005 - appears to be every other day or so.
Conclusion: Good aggregation of relevant Call Center news. I really enjoyed some of the original articles and observations. A valuable resource for the Call Center industry (as could be said of most of TMC's publications).
