From time to time, I want to review some of the other blogs out there that deal with the call center industry. Some are insightful while others are downright depressing.
Others are just scrapper sites, scrapping together news feeds about the call center industry, but not adding any original or meaningful content. One such site is www.callcenterwatch.com (I don't even want to give a link here).
This site has a some random news clippings of Call Center news, but I also see a lot of things that have no relationship to Call Centers. However, there is a bunch of garbage in there as well that have not relationship to Call Centers. Go to the links and they are all some Adsense oriented with some script generating the content.
Don't waste your time with this site.

It is true that the Philippines has a high English proficiency and cultural adaptability combined with low labor costs. And in our country, not only do we get the best agents from Manila but we also have fluent Engllish speaking people from Pangasinan!
